Torsions gathers together the rhythms, events, spiritual processes and phenomena of two religious festivals in Old Dhaka, Bangladesh. The work intimately explores the actions of believers experiencing transcendent moments in the midst of the large, worshipping crowds to create a deeply sensorial experience of spiritual form.
